Remember to hydrate! Because you will sweat, a lot, and staying properly hydrated is very important. We recommend drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your Sweat.
Preparing your body properly will help maximize your Sweat session. Drinking additional water after your session aids in flushing out the toxins released from your fat cells during your Sweat.
We also recommend eating something 1-2 hours before your session. We ask our clients to treat each session like a workout!
Sweat It Out attire:
We recommend wearing comfortable workout style clothing: long sleeve shirt and pants, also socks. We also suggest that you remove any jewelry. You might also want to bring a change of clothes for after your Sweat. Also, it is helpful to bring your own water bottle, we are happy to refill it as needed.
Sweat It Out session:
Each session is 50 minutes long in a private space, with a flat screen television and headphones!
